Serving: How to Create Easy Outfits on the Go
Have you ever needed something to wear in a pinch and ransacked your closet and came up with nothing? In today’s post I’m giving you my tips on how to create easy outfits on the go.
Stick to the basics: First identity the basis that work for you and your frame. Basics are a great pair of jeans, a great dress, neutral colored top, great pair of shoes, etc. It’s any item in your wardrobe that can be paired with anything! When creating an easy outfit at least one of your items in your look has to be a great basic. For example, a nice blouse with your favorite pair of jeans and a cute shoe is an effortless look.
Focus on Fit: Make sure you have items in your wardrobe that fit the body that you have, currently. You guys know that I’m a huge advocate of purging anything in your closet that does not fit the body that you currently have, items that you have not worn in at least a year, or items that you don’t absolutely love. You should be purging and assessing your wardrobe regularly.
Consider one piece items: Once piece items, such a dresses and jumpsuits are great pieces that take the difficulty out of getting dress. When you’re pressed for time and need a great outfit, have a go-to dress that you know fits you great and that’s in a color that compliments you perfectly!
Create outfits ahead of time: one of my favorite things to do in my spare time is to play in my closet. When I’m board I spend time creating outfits for different occasions. I encourage you all to do the same. By doing this you alleviate the need to create an outfit, especially if you’re on the go. Make sure it’s one that you know that fits you properly and one that you absolutely love!
